REMARKABLE SERVICE! I have been looking for a facility for over a year that would be able to understand the needs of my rescue dog. She is a three-year-old Yorkie Shi Tzu mix that was abused by former owners. She gets anxious and does not like being left with strangers. When I made the appointment, I explained the situation and then again to Emily the groomer upon dropping her off for her appointment. About 30 min in I received a phone call that she was not really enjoying her grooming experience and there were a couple of issues. She was feeling anxious, and Emily thought it best just a bath and light trim this time. When I arrived to pick her up, Emily had built trust with the dog and was able to perform more grooming that she thought possible. The entire staff took active participation in making sure my dog received the utmost care. I cannot express my thanks to Emily and the staff of Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming in Cocoa Beach. Absolutely love this place. No matter which groomer takes care of Zack, he comes out looking so stunning! He's almost 13 and people mistake him for a 3 year old. Emily did the honors today. Thanks to the entire crew.
